Manuel began is professional career around 20 years ago in the legal profession (as a Law Clerk, and subsequently as an Associate Attorney at Law), specializing in: Insurance Regulations & Litigation, Tax Law, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy Law and Torts. Thereafter, entered the Insurance Industry, specializing in Financial Lines Insurance (first as a Senior Account Executive for an Alpha Brokerage Firm, and afterwards as the LATAM Financial Lines Manager for the largest publicly traded P&C Insurer). To contribute with is developed skills in Puerto Rico’s credit crunch and fiscal crisis, he entered the Public Sector in the Fiscal Agency & Financial Advisory Authority, were he served for 5 years to 3 different Governors, and was directly engaged in public financial policy design and implementation.

After exiting the Public Sector, González joined Ad Astra in March 2022, were he is currently supporting several areas, such as: Regulatory Compliance, Strategic Planning, Risk Assessments, Procurement, Budget Development & Management, Grant Management, among other areas. Manuel is a avid automobile enthusiast, gamer, enjoy outdoor activities and like to experiment in the kitchen with creative cuisine.
