Camille joined Ad Astra in July of 2021. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 13 years’ experience in public accounting, corporate banking, financial consulting, and business development and restructuring. Moreover, Mrs. Ortega has vast experience with municipal financing and fund accounting analyses of varying government entities. Subsequent to her experience in public accounting and corporate banking, Mrs. Ortega presided the largest commercial printing company in the island. As the company’s founding President she was responsible for equity fundraising, capital acquisitions, inception of company operations and the rapid scale up of said operations through two business acquisitions/mergers of local competitors.

More recently, Mrs. Ortega consults with various organizations, focusing her work mostly on municipal and government entities’ financial analyses and public debt restructurings.
