Caroline López-Beauchamp joined Ad Astra in July 2024 and currently serves as Senior Director. Caroline has a robust background in corporate taxation, tax incentives, and general business advisory. She has successfully guided numerous clients in corporate structuring, business setups, and negotiation of tax incentives in Puerto Rico, notably under Acts 22-2012 (Individual Investors), 20-2012 (Export Services), 74-2010 (Tourism), 73-2008 (Manufacturing), 83-2010 (Green Energy), and 21-2019 (Opportunity Zones), Young Entrepreneurs, now consolidated under Act 60-2019.
