Before joining Ad Astra Solutions, Darielle’s journey began in the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) cadet program. For six years, he served as a cadet instructor and volunteer with SER-PR-034 Arecibo Cadet Squadron, Puerto Rico Wing, with the aim of learning and providing military education to adolescents in need. Darielle distinguished himself as a Search & Rescue CAP Ranger, graduating from the class of 2013. He was recognized as the most outstanding cadet in the 2013 Southeast Region Cadet Leadership School and received the Commander's Commendation ribbon twice for exemplary duty and performance in 2011. Following his time with CAP, Darielle pursued a bachelor's degree in business administration, concentrating on Finance and Marketing, at the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo. During his college years, he actively participated in the Sales and Marketing Executives Association of Puerto Rico (SME), contributing to his professional growth. His participation aided in the achievement of Chapter of the Year 2019-2020 in various areas, including Professional Development, Community Service, Fundraising, Membership, Communications, and Marketing Week. These experiences instilled in Darielle a profound sense of duty and commitment to service, qualities he brings to his role at Ad Astra Solutions.

As an Associate at Ad Astra Solutions, Darielle is skilled at data analysis, dashboard creation, and automation. His expertise lies in consolidating, analyzing, and organizing data to ensure accuracy and allow clients to make informed decisions. Beyond that, Darielle provides consultative services to government agencies, strengthens internal controls through corrective action plans, and optimizes financial documentation processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, he crafts customized automated systems for KPI generation, adapted to meet client needs.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Darielle finds fulfillment in activities such as running, reading, meditation, and gym sessions. These pursuits allow him to maintain a healthy work-life balance and contribute to his overall well-being. Darielle's dedication to personal growth and self-improvement extends beyond his professional life, as he continues to pursue knowledge and relaxation through these hobbies.
