With a range of experience, from Oracle sales to working at unicorn start-up, Zenefits, Lourdes brings professionalism and vision to her work. After moving to Puerto Rico, she transitioned into the government industry, spending four years as a Project Manager for Puerto Rico Medicaid's Federal Program Office. A program that managed a total of $125M funds. At Medicaid Lourdes played a key role in advancing the Enrollment & Eligibility project, leading RFP evaluations and managing project vendors. Since joining AdAstra in February 2023, Lourdes has focused on post-award grant management and overseeing financial projects with government agencies such as CRIM and PBA. She has a degree in Communications from Boston College and a Certified Associate in Project Management.

Off-duty, she’s a nature enthusiast who enjoys live music and culinary adventures. Her motto? "Never try, never know."
