Faviola became a member of Ad Astra's Grants Management team in May 2022. She has dedicated herself to a career in Grants Management since 2020, leveraging her background in Information Technology and Business Administration. Her experience encompasses audit readiness for the federal government, along with subject matter expertise in grants management and disaster recovery funds. Focused on process analysis and improvement, she specializes in developing Standard Operating Procedures, compliance checklists, and guidelines, as well as optimizing work processes through workflows.

Currently, she provides support to the local government in managing and implementing disaster recovery funds and federal funds. Faviola's expertise lies in identifying opportunities for enhancement within existing procedures and fostering the development of streamlined and efficient processes. With a dedicated emphasis on ensuring compliance and optimizing efficiency, she actively works towards transferring valuable knowledge to clients, creating a lasting and impactful transformation. She collaborated on two of the six economic development CDBG-DR programs for the PRDOH Grant Manager. Faviola has extended her support through process improvement, change management, document creation, and compliance technical assistance for various government entities, including the PRDF, BDE, DTOP, DRNA, PRDE, and PROMB. In more recent responsibilities, she took the lead in strategic oversight and project management. Throughout these initiatives, she remained steadfast in aligning and ensuring compliance with both local and federal regulations, showcasing a dedication to refining procedures for optimal effectiveness.
