Attorney at law with nearly 20 years’ experience in the legal field, mortgage banking, default management, federal grant management, public administration, and government affairs (state and federal). He is a Certified Grants Management Specialist, a designation issued by the National Grants Management Association.He is focused on the compliance aspect of the grant management cycle, providing technical assistance to DDEC, PRTC, BDE, and PRAFV.

Mr. Camporreale has vast leadership and management experience in both, the public and private sector. He served in various senior roles in AAFAF, including Director of the Office of Financial Advisory (AAFAF) and COO. Prior to his experience in government, Mr. Camporreale led the Default management unit in Banco Santander, including commercial and residential loss mitigation, a key component in the risk management division, and was tasked with managing mortgage and commercial compliance audits.

More recently, he served as COO of the largest local pharmacy company, where he was able to execute operational improvements as part of a successful effort to attain coveted industry recognized certification (i.e., URAC) which is only afforded to pharmacies with the highest operational and compliance standards. Simultaneously, he led a corporate restructuring and consolidation that positioned the companies to achieve significant revenue growth and increased profit margin. He has served as member of the University of Puerto Rico’s Board of Trustees, and is currently a board member of the PR Public Broadcasting Corporation (“WIPR”).
