Eduardo joined Ad Astra Solutions in August 2023. His prior experience involves an internship-employment with Defense Finance and Accounting Services, a branch from US Department of Defense, focusing on the financial management and safeguarding of pension funds for US military retirees and their beneficiaries. In the short time being a member of Ad Astra, he has provided support in process improvement implementations and post-grant compliance technical assistance for DDEC, BDE, DRNA, DTOP, and PROMB. Coming from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez precinct, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focused on Finances, he has been able to learn and adhere to the ethical principles involved in the financial management field, hoping to further implement them throughout his career for the benefit of Puerto Rico and all entities involved. His main passion is the admiration of Puerto Rico as a tropical island, helping preserve the natural environments, and continuously learning from the culture.
