Ariana Lamela is a creative, ethical, and driven associate in Ad Astra who is currently completing her degree in Management of Operations with a minor in Project Management in the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. Ariana’s decision on wanting to join Ad Astra was relatively easy for her to make, because she has been willing to make a meaningful contribution to her beloved island, Puerto Rico. By joining Ad Astra, she fulfilled the desire to positively impact her community and is now eager for applying her knowledge and best skills to enhance Ad Astra’s processes and objectives the best way possible. As a new associate at Ad Astra, Ariana brings a fresh perspective and is motivated to learn and grow professionally. Outside of her professional life, Ariana’s passionate for music and sports. Her involvement in varsity tennis for four years developed her commitment to discipline, teamwork, and the ability to manage her emotions. Music, on the other hand, is a hobby to develop her creativity and allows her to unwind from her busy schedule.
